Logs shouldn't autoscroll after every new event

UI Enhancement Request:
Please don't autoscroll the log if I've scrolled up, just give me a message that there is new stuff being added to the log (that is clickable to jump to the end).
[Certainly autoscroll if it's already at or near the end, and maybe re-enable autoscrolling after a certain period of time not scrolling the log, like 5-10 seconds]

If I'm scrolling back through the log during game play, it's because I wanted to check something. Autoscrolling the log to the end is infuriating and makes the log useless.

every time an action in the games happens, the log auto-scrolls to the bottom of the log, showing the newest action. however, if you’re trying to scroll back in the log to look, its almost impossible as every time something happens in the game, it brings you back to the current action. in reality you only see the last couple of moves in the game because you can never scroll away from the bottom. there was an instance where i didn’t receive a resource and i couldn’t even go back in the log to rev

Context: I believe most of us do look at the game history of what resources each player has before using the robber. And sometimes, it's annoying when you're trying to scroll up and scrutinise the resources each player have only to be brought back to the bottom where the latest actions were made.

So, it would be great to have a scroll to the bottom icon (just like we have in Telegram or Whatsapp) where the new game actions don't bring the player back to the bottom.
