Randomly select good starting spots if player disconnects

yellow's comp dc'd and was placed in those spots as 4th+5th towns placed. When he reconnected he quit because it wasn't worth playing for him.
I've been caught a few times deciding where to place at the last second. The lag can cause you to be too late, even if you've clicked before the timer on your screen.
admin edit: bots select highest producing spots, partcularly with 6/8

John MergedThe bots feel like newbies who learned some competitive tricks and as a result pick really stupid starting positions that only work because they trade way too generously... so it ruins the game slightly because rather than teaching people to pick a good starting spot that had decent odds of workable 2nd pick, you are focused on picking a largely severely less than ideal starting spot because you know that all 3 bots are going to screw over the board.

John MergedThe bots will also by default pick certain positions/patterns, regardless of the mix of resources they end up with. Or the bots will grab the port in the upper right corner, even if it's a resource they have no need for (or it's a 2:1 port for a resource they don't have).
And these stupid picks and wasted board only works out because 1) they trade generously with each other and 2) if you do end up with a good position you'll build before them and as a result be their target. -

John MergedI only ask, as in picking starting positions there have been multiple games where bots appeared to make entirely brand new "screw the board picks". It's getting more and more annoying to pick starting positions.

John MergedBot could have built one spot over and had 5 wheat, but doesn't - it literally now has 2 resources. Perhaps instead of programming bots to mess up the board you made them actually pick intelligent spots. Then they might actually be fun to play with (as then human players could pick adequate starting spots as well, rather then get crap positions). The starting locations only look like it works because the bots have faulty trading logic.
