Remove animations when reconnecting

When you reconnect, there are plenty of animations going on. Like army/road and (which is the worst in my opinion) your own cards like they came new from the bank. I usually play Very Fast and nowadays, I disconnect from the game very often. I don’t want to waste another few seconds waiting for my cards to appear. I don’t want to disable all animations though.
