[BUG] Seafarers road build dev card cancels when discovering gold tile

Just now played a Seafarers game and used my 2 road building dev card, built 1st road and discovered the gold tile (from fog) - chose my resource from gold tile and i had no option to place the 2nd road from my dev card.
