fix flitch in proposed trade then monopoly
I attempted to trade another card (lumber) for a brick. A bot was affirmative to trade. I then used the monopoly card to take all (ie 1) brick. As the proposed (now redundant) trade was still visible, I accepted the trade of brick for lumber. This left me with a virtual brick card shown in the default screen. This card was not counted in the total number of cards and was invisible when attempting to trade. The virtual card remained for the duration of the game.

Pottsitive MergedI have been losing a ton of karma points from players leaving games prematurely, and it never being clear if I am going to get penalized or not for subsequently leaving the game. There have been times when players have left games (ruining them), and I left an entire 5-10 minutes after them and still was penalized. Or when a player is clearly sabotaging a game, and me and the other 2 players will use the /disablekarma function, leave, then still get penalized. I am so confused as to when it is appropriate to leave a game and it would be nice if it was made more clear when you are going to lose karma or not.
