Add time stamps to chat messages

I don't know who is saying what at what time so communication is weird, time stamps would be nice

I keep seeing people responding in chat to messages sent much earlier causing confusion about table talk. If there was a time stamp they could see that it was sent X amount of time ago so things could have changed and don't trade with X might not be relevant anymore.
