Cards exchanged during a trade must be visible in top right log

Very often, players offer multiple trades out of which any one gets accepted by a certain player. The top right log (highlighted in the attachment) doesn’t show which cards were exchanged (like it does for trades with the bank). It only mentions that A traded with B (could be any of the multiple trades offered above). Even though the cards do flow between the players, many times it is too swift to notice. Having this feature would help other players track cards.
