Move chat and log away from the main screen

Image: The C and L buttons are for opening the chat and log windows. (S button should be for Statistics) Better icons should be created for the buttons, of course.
Now you can squeeze the right sidebar, allowing more room for other features:
*Make the bank horizontal.
*Additional improvement: Display a dice roll history for the last x rolls (number of players?)
*Additional improvement: Something else can be displayed on the sidebar now.
Side-task:
Each player can initiate typing on the bottom of the screen. The text would appear next to their avatar for a few seconds.
Future task:
Make the player data be displayed around the board. Needed for PlayCatan-like trading system.
