New game speeds for every action (suggestions in comments)
PROBLEMS WITH CURRENT SPEEDS:
-Dice roll timers are all the same.
-No proportionality between different speeds timers
-Discard timers are all the same (40 secs) except for NORMAL (2:40 min)
-VFAST robber times should be fixed since activating a knight only adds 3 seconds to the current timer.
-VSLOW adds time while activating robber, doesn't start a new timer like the rest of the speeds

Note: "+40 secs" means add that amount to current timer, "40 secs" means that a new timer starts. Current times are between brackets "(40 secs)"
