Internet Connection Broken Refresh Browser

Keep getting this message over many days now with bot games. Different devices iOS. New tabs. Doesn’t seem to matter. It also seems to be getting worse, before I could refresh maybe a few times and get back in. Now it’s damn near constant and after a handful of times eventually it won’t rejoined says room no longer available. It’s basically unplayable.

Played today only broken connection message twice and was able to rejoin both times and finish game. Cleared cache the other day hoping it would help.

Happened to me several times in the past week, playing against other users. Connection lost message in game chat, Room no longer exists sign in lobby, and after a couple of minutes and many refreshes, Reconnect button appears again

Get this message everytime we try to start a new game. Both my friend and I are paying supporters and have been unable to play for a couple weeks now. When everyone is ready and host clicks start, nothing happens and then it says internet connection broken. When we refresh, it says room no longer exists. Please fix!

disconnection now does not allow reconnection, even when server kicks player, and lose a karma point. please fix

Today everyone in a game I was playing lost connection to colonist.io every other turn. This is an unacceptable level of reliability.

This. Please remove the tag that says "Done" as this seems to need more work. This game netcode seems very fragile. Every game it drops my connection 3-5 times and I have to refresh. Doesn't matter what device I am on or if the connection is wired or wifi. I do not have this issue on any other game (e.g. Steam).

MY SOLUTION: I went in to my browser and cleared the cache and all the cookies, then restarted the browser. After that I was able to refresh and rejoin my games! Hope it works for you too!

This is happening nearly every time me and some friends get together. I play on a wired connection on Win 10, and friends on WiFi also Win10. This occurs numerous times to all of us during an average session where we usually play 2-3 games. It is so frustrating, and incredibly unreliable, we love it but definitely won't buy anything from the store until it gets resolved.

This has never happened to me before and then all of sudden today I can't do anything. Tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, on wifi and on mobile data - so really can't understand what is happening? Please fix

hello, i cannot join games, create games or start games due to the internet browser connection being failed, I have great internet service something wrong is happening to the site. I can't play and I've bought 40 bucks worth of the game.

I have this problem but I can get back to start a new game (with bots). It usually happens in the middle of the game. My internet is fast so that shouldn't be the problem. I don't ever notice a connection problem any other time. I got a message the last time it happened asking me to make a bug report. I am using the Waterfox browser, windows 10, brand new, fast Dell.

I've been suffering this issue ever since I started playing colonist.io. It's clearly a bug. There are many other online platforms around without a single connection issue.
Getting karma away doesn't seem reasonable just because the connection glitched.
And the "Rejoin" option just looks a patch.
Please fix it! :(

Getting this issue once a week. Doesn't matter if I'm on laptop or mobile on data or Wi-Fi. Tried clearing cache and restarting device and WiFi. Nothing works

It seems disrespectful that no moderator came here at least to aknowledge the problem.
I've been getting that message for months and I can't play colonist.io anymore.
