Allows players to veto map
Sometimes maps are obviously unfair, non-competitive, or would not be fun to play.
To solve this problem, allow a majority of players the opportunity to veto the map (or at least give room owners setting to enable).
If enabled, once the game starts on non-tutorial board, non-bot players are able to see the board, but do not yet know the order of play. They have 20 seconds to accept or veto the board. If a majority of non-bot players veto the board, a new random board is generated and the process repeats. If at least 50% accept or do not respond, the board is accepted and the game begins.
The solves the problem with minimum time wasted for players.

AlexInAuburnadd a /restart command which if all non-bot players enter it in chat before placement is done, then everyone returns to game set-up lobby where other options or maps may be selected, or ok and play can be click to go right back to a new board with the same settings.

Daniel GrumillerI like this idea for the 1v1 game, where indeed a map can be highly unbalanced and highly favor either the first or the second player. For traditional Catan, I think this is less of an issue, since you can still lose with an excellent setup if the other players conspire against the leading player (which, of course, they should).
