Add Average Turn Length to end game statistics

Φ Feature description => Adding a column that shows each players avg. turn length in the post-game statistics
Φ Problem this feature solves => Proof in any game about who's turns took the longest/shortest
Φ How to solve this problem => Record the time for each players turn and post the average time at the end of the game along with other Activity statistics
Φ Other ways to solve this problem =>. I don't know
