Allow to trade 4:1/3:1/2:1 amongst other players instead of the Bank

I can think of at least 2 scenarios where trading with the bank can actually harm your ability to play. One is where you need the other players to pursue either largest army or longest road and need them to get the resources you have but the trade offer is automatically accepted by the bank. Also, if you want to deploy a monopoly and you're trying to extract extra resources but again, the bank will take the trade instead. Perhaps you should offer the option to bank it or trade amongst other players.

Please fix this ... This removes a critical option of trading with a player then playing a monopoly card and taking back the resources ... dirty move, but if forced to trade with bank, the resources are not recoverable by monopoly ...
