Last player to put settlement can pick his "last placed" settlement (resource cards)

When you choose 2 locations it is often that you put your first settlement on the "better" location.
Meaning that you won't get those cards...
If there were an option to pick the settlement after putting them both down, this will cause less problems of "forgetting".

You might say: "Just put it second"
1) Sometimes people forget, this can be a bummer.
2) It is sometimes easier to just put on the best spot and then look for your second one. (easier on the eyes)
3) Why not, Let people pick the one they want.

More options are always a good thing, but not as a fundamental change to the game. Only as an optional play mechanism.

Note that this is only for the last player who anyways can choose 2 locations...
Why should we have this as an option?

This shouldn't be an option - it's a significant part of the game to think about the order you place your settlements at the start. [From what resources you start with to what your 1st moves will be]

Also, you have all the time up until your pick (while the first three players pick their first location) to think about all the possibilities, so if you don't already have a good idea of where you want to go by your turn, you weren't even paying attention.
