In game voting system

Suggest implementing an in game voting system to allow all human players to vote on changes game mechanics such as:

1. #VP to win
2. Changes to game speed.
3. Kick / ban players
4. Friendly robber
5. Pause game

I'm sure there are others.

I beg to disagree on this suggestion; every player has the liberty to create a game and choose the parameters they like. Other players that agree on those, will join and play. No need to vote in my honest opinion; it would imply that one or more players will be obliged to play a game they don't feel comfortable with.

Why not have the option, though? You could easily have "disable in-game rule changes" be a lobby setup feature for folks like Juan who don't want to deal. All votes on game mechanics (VP needed to win, friendly robber, pause game, terminate game without winner, etc.) could require unanimous consent, and speed/kick elements could be simple majority consent.
