Forefeit option in 1v1

Recommend a forfeit option in 1v1 so a player can bow out when overwhelmingly behind and avoid karma loss.

I'd love to have this for even regular games (4 players). Sometimes I don't feel like fighting through to the end when the winner is obvious barring a miracle.

Please! FF in 1v1 based on a condition such as a 3-5 vp difference. Settlers is no fun when it is ensured one of the players will win. A FF button would be a better way to end the game rather than trading all resources to the other player so they win quicker.
