  E-Mail sign up would be good. Otherwise it isn’t possible for me to buy a pack to support the game, since I don’t want to use a google account.

  If we can sign up via any email then I'll create an account and invest some money in the game packs.

  I cannot login into google as my company restricts access to gmail. As a result I cannot play this game on my computer and its not as much fun on the phone! Is there a way facebook/or any other way can be used to login?

  I would love to create an account, but don't want to use a google account. This blocks me from buying maps , as I don't have an account to buy them fore.

  Would love to play with family, but will not allow my kids to use Google account, especially linked to their school accounts, for gaming. Please add unique, stand-alone, login option.

  Need an email login urgently. I am not buying maps even though I need it solely because as a principle I do not use google login. I promise to make atleast 3 purchases if you add an email login.

  I would like this aswell. Would buy atleast Cities & Knights, Seafarers and one or two maps. But won't do it now since you only have login with google which I will never do.

  The service you're providing is great and we appreciate that it's free. However, I am confident that the Google account wall garden is seriously causing Colonist several new players from joining and revenue being generated from maps, avatars, player colors and all.
  
  If Colonist is serious about becoming the #1 spot for Catan, Google needs to stay out of the way. It's a sensible business decision.

  I agree. I would prefer an email login over a google login. I won't be making any purchases as long as login is only google, but I will if you introduce an email login.
