Karma to account for players w/ network dropouts

Update karma system to account for players with network dropouts.
People disconnect wifi, allowing them to leave games and escape the penalty.
Update karma to record dropouts as an uncompleted game, or change the karma format to something like:
dropouts/completed games/total games
This format allows other players to identify players who abuse newtork dropouts or players with poor connectivity.

timihow does it know the difference between a network dropout and someone who just flakes?

StorchA network dropout causes loss of karma, at least in my experience. (Might depend on something like how long you were disconnected for?)
