Fix 'Hidden Bank Cards' number indicator (???). Less cards in bank show less question marks (??)

When the hidden bank cards a depleting, the questions marks go from 3 (???) to 2 (??).
Even though the number are hidden it still indicates which resources are in short supply and allows players to use their Monopoly cards with ease.

In real life you can tell the stack sizes by taking a quick look at it.

(4) When playing with "do not show number of cards in bank" there are question marks "???" instead of the cards. however when there are less cards, it shows "??" or "?". I understand you wanted to model this after the physical game, where you see the thickness of the deck, but it's duplicating an unfortunate unavoidable consequence or 'bug' of the physical world, that can be avoided when playing online. So I think the standard should be the questions marks, and an option to hide completely.
