Add a sound for offers being accepted by one or more players.

With the addition of secondary approval for trades (nice add btw) It'd be nice if the game had a little audio notification (da-ding?) when one of the opponents accepts the offer. I often catch myself absentmindedly waiting for the trade to go through only to realize someone accepted and was waiting for me.
