Add two tickboxes in trade area (auto-accept and -refuse trades)

1) "auto-accept trades" (when you are proposing a trade) in case you just want to make the trade with whoever accepts first
2) "auto-refuse trades" when you are at the final stages of a game and just want to refuse every proposed trade (for the sake of a faster game it would be useful to have as well this function, they have it in Catan Universe as well for example)
