Option to disable bot trades
I would like there to be an option in which you can toggle to disable all trading between bots and players, this is an option to prevent bot abuse as well as colluding.

PotatoRiot MergedLets be honest: bots are a really nice functionality to have and based on good algorithms but they are very very bad in trading. One should have the option to (for example in some advanced settings options when creating a game) disable trades with them.

Solution: To prevent this kind of situation there could be added the feature during the room creation where you can e.g. check the box if you don't want the trades with bots. -

jasbortIt would be great to have the option to set no bot trading at set up for all games. This would prevent disputes during the game when players disconnect. In cases where players have agreed to not trade with bots, this option would save time and avoid misclicks.

Sukh MergedMany times players prefer to not trade with bots, if an online player gets disconnected and is replaced by a computer. Suggestions are made in the chat box but they can be missed and can throw off gameplay. Accidentally trading with bots when an agreement is made can cause tension. Same goes for people who decide against the no bot trade rule. My suggestion is this:

WhippetGudI would like a "no bot trades" option during game set-up, but with more controls than just all-or-none. I want the option to disable all bot trades, or just the ones with other bots, or just the ones with humans. I would also like a point limit, like if a human has 3+ points (or whatever threshold is chosen at setup), they can't trade with bots anymore. Once a bot is disabled or disqualified by the set conditions, they shouldn't waste game time by proposing trades.

Kaitlyn Moore MergedAny game is frustrating when a player leaves, a bot takes their place, and the bot makes unfair or aimless trades that a human would likely not offer or accept. In many chats of the games in which a player leaves, the remaining players attempt to establish an honor system to not trade with the bot, but the agreement is easily forgotten or accidentally violated, because a simple embargo does not suffice in eliminating bot trading completely. It creates an unfair advantage for those who take advantage of the bot's ignorance.
To solve this problem, a pre-game option to "turn off bot trading" should be available alongside the options to select private game, hide bank cards, and friendly robber. This would give the game maker the ability to prevent any potential bot from participating in any trades. -

Ethancould also change bot trading to check to see if the trade allows them to build something new or gain more resources than they give. Also since you can see what they want via their trades there's no reason to trade right then you can wait till your turn so maybe weight the cost to be more if its not the bots turn. Also give them the ability to calculate if they are trading with someone who could win this turn. I'm not familiar with the languages you use on the site but it could go something like counting up to max dev points you can have, counting resource cards so if you have the exact right resources you could win by building some roads or other means also if army is 1 knight away from being taken by that player the first hidden dev card is 2 points and does not count towards potential vp cards. dont check for them winning by getting dev cards. you could also just have everything as a number since its checking the worst possible scenario so no need to track specific resources.

UteThis is the point I am always frustrated when bot trades decide the game, because bots are stupid and trade not considerable. The game is given away to one person at random. It is already a loss when somebody rage quits, but when the players then trade with the bot I get very angry. There should be an option to disable bot trades. I would always enable that option for my games.
