"3 Failed Trades" - [Speed Up Game]
"3 failed trades" - trade permutations can go on forever - this encourages ADD, and discourages close tracking of game, and delays game.
3 failed trade feature would end ability to trade with other players for turn.
I suspect this will speed up the game.

bI should mention that this proposal should be considered as boundary/constraint, similar to current 'hide bank cards, and 'friendly robber' optional constraints.

TravisSure, some people spam the trade option and it slows games down. I think 4 trade attempts should be the max, possibly 5. As long as people know there is a limit to trade proposals, that alone would start to prevent trade spamming.
