No Luck Mode
Instead of rolling dice to decide what units get distributed, distribute units based on expected odds.
For example, if I have a house next to 11 oil, 4 wheat, and 5 brick, every turn I would get 2/36 oil, 3/36 wheat, and 4/36 brick.

TinkYES! The card variant in the link above. For people who don't click on it: "...you use a stack of 36 cards with each combination" of die rolls. Use the whole stack and re-shuffle.
In real play, there's a disadvantage that it'd be easy to remember the cards, so you know what's coming, but that'd be even better on Colonist.io, because you wouldn't have to tell people when the cards are shuffled.
Names for this:
"Less Luck Mode"
"Increased Fairness Mode"

TinkAlso, the mathematica script someone wrote on that link posted above looks amazing. Literally dial up and down the "luck" factor.
