Display Support for Ultra-wide monitors

Game elements do not display correctly on ultra-wide monitors, resizing window does not fix it either. You have to resize the window, then refresh, then reconnect to the game, and then you can maximize the window (which takes sometimes a few attempts, and then when maximizing the window the elements are all displayed on the left rather than centred).
