Very fast mode - 30s per turn

  Currently turn timers are
  
  GameSetup = 10, Placements = 10, SettlementPlacement = 120, RoadPlacement = 30, DrawFirstResources = 10, Dice = 10, PlaceRobber = 40, SelectWhoToRob = 20, Turn = 120, GameEnd = 300, SelectCardsToDiscard = 40,
  
  in seconds. On fast game these are all divided by 2. So Turn becomes 120=>60. The problem with this is, Dice and some other short timers when divided becomes really short. How could we solve this?
  
  To achieve 30 seconds per turn, we need to divide by 4.

  I would decrease Turn time only - and leave the rest as they are. Maybe PlaceRobber, SelectCardsToDiscard and SelectWhoToRob.
  The rest is either happening too few times to make a significant effect on total game time and/or are already low enough.
