Room: Kicked people should stay kicked and not rejoin

Feature request: Not sure if it's easy right now, but if we kick someone out of the room before a game starts, it would be great if they can't immediately re-enter the room [block username and IP]. I don't care if it's permanent as that doesn't seem realistic right now, it's just hard to exclude trolls. This probably wouldn't block determined ones, but it would help a little, maybe]

Over the couple of weeks I'd say I'd kick out 2-3 players who I didn't want to play with because of previous games, and they'd immediately keep rejoining. More just annoying than anything.
But I've also has 2-3 players follow game to game, just to harass. Even one went so far as to change names in order get into a game unnoticed.

please maintain the option to kick players and allow them to rejoin, oftentimes ive been/have kicked when afk

maybe a perm kick option in addition to the current kick option?

I've had the issue of really bad karma players that keep rejoining after being kicked. Karma doesn't really have any effect if you can't choose who to play with based on it. Either add the option to "perma" ban from the current room (not all future rooms hosted by you. People should have the option to improve and join in the future) or stop the player from rejoining the current room the next 30-120 seconds.

You should just add the ability to have a ban option as well. No reason why you shouldnt be able to kick someone or ban them.

Vote kick would be cool, but I've had to disconnect and reconnect a few times when the UI doesn't load properly.

This would only work if they're logged in. If they're not logged in and have a non-static IP you wouldn't be able to tell who they are.

At a minimum I'd like to kick a player from the startup of my game and not allow them rejoin. I maintain a list of assholes that I'd rather just not play with again. Unfortunately you kick, they rejoin, you kick, rejoin...

Implementation option could be a progressively increasing 'cooldown' period eg cannot join for 30 seconds after leaving/being kicked out, then 60 seconds, then 120 etc.

I think a solution to this could be to add a Karma setting to the game settings where if the players Karma is less than X% or less than X number w/e that they are unable to join.
This should be a relatively easy feature to add as the Karma trait is already on every user and it would just be a simple if karma < X then unable to join kind of trigger.

Issue: There is an issue allowing kicked players to troll rooms by rejoining instantly and blocking the start of a game.

Background: We had someone refuse to hit "ready" while setting up a room not allowing the rest of the players to start, had low karma score, and also refused to leave. We kicked this person and they continued to rejoin until we closed down that player spot.

Potential solution: There needs to be a way to keep players kicked from that room for a period of time to stopping

Usually this is because people are trying to have a high karma game and a low karma person keeps coming in... They look to be eventually adding a karma limit to game rooms (hence the "Karma" field in the lobby) so hopefully that would solve most of this issue.

I like this idea because it gives hosts an appropriate level of power... I host a lot because I have the expansions and special maps, if I had a bad experience with a prior player I don't want them to keep rejoining my new hosted game. I've had this happen and they just cussed me out when they kept rejoining.

Please rethink. I love seafarers and cities and knights. When I play these, I get kicked. Please stop this kicking.

This feels increasing important since the decision to remove custom game details, such as being able to add min karma levels in the title. Now I have to either kick the person over and over, or type them a message as to why their kicked. Neither is a great option.
