Bug - can't play YOP if 2nd YOP is purchased on the same turn

I had purchased a dev card with a year-of-plenty (aka +2) already in hand. The purchased card was the second year-of-plenty, and the game would not let me play the original (error: can't play on same turn as purchased). There had not been any cards already played during the same turn.
