Change default back to standard robber

Please change the robber back to standard robber. Friendly robber is a house rule, not catan, seems terrible idea that a 6 ore spot cannot be blocked on the player with 6 points because it is shared with someone on 2 points.

As previously mentioned with the "balanced dice" being changed from random, all online Discord servers and competitive online Catan don't use friendly robber. Changing this setting back to standard robber would be way more ideal. Thanks! - Brian (KellyC)
