Remove Balanced Dice as Default Setting
Can we please make the default random dice and make balanced dice optional please.
The game upon which it is based is played with physical dice which is never balanced, so making balanced the default is kinda weird. Making the default balanced also makes it difficult for players playing in competitive leagues since the rules there are that the game is to be played with random dice. Games not counting just because the default changed to balanced and host didnt notice would not only make the players lives difficult but those running these leagues as well. Having balanced as optional seems like a perfectly fine way to accommodate those who would like to choose that as a setting instead of making it the default.

Brian (KellyC) MergedThis has been the default for a while and it's used across all Catan discord servers/online tournaments where people have played on this format for years. It's consistent across the board as well and it will be more confusing if the default isn't random. I don't understand why this change was made but maybe if you let people set their own default that could be a solution as well. -KellyC

ToddRandom dice are real dice. Balanced dice are fake dice. Make random the default.
