Allow name change once a month

I know we used to be able to change it endlessly and someone had issues with that because of trolling, but I didn't realize it would be changed and I changed mine when playing with friends for fun. Hoping once a month at the very least would be okay with those that wanted it blocked.

I think allowing a name change once a season is perfectly reasonable. More than that I feel needs to be disallowed so to ensure equity in the game between more experienced players (who often rely on anonymity as a crutch to maintain a competitive advantage) and less experienced ones.

I just joined the game and it never let me set my name so I would love it if I could set my own user name.
