Reporting Other Players: Improve Follow-Up and Consequences
Not having any follow-up on whether or not any action has been taken against a reported-player is getting frustrating, meanwhile the number of report-worthy players seems to be never-ending.
Stephen E. suggested an automated detection system that gives players an Abuse Score (AS) based on number of reports, etc. so that mods could prioritize the worst offenders.
This plus some sort of ticket system that would allow users to be updated of any warning or action taken against that player.
The categories for reports (cheating, abusive chat, griefing, etc) are better than nothing but I wonder if a short description box to accompany the report might provide more context to the mods that review them.
I appreciate how difficult it must be to wade through all the reports. But lately as a player, it feels kind of hopeless and I come online expecting to be frustrated.

AileenI have been playing on this site for many months now reporting abusive players and nothing happens. I was called a n*gger today by a player, was told to kill myself, and many other horrible things with no provocation. This ruins the game, players who spread such hate ruin the site and game. I have screenshots.

PRISCILLAI've been playing with the same abuse player 3 times in a row, he's abusing chat, directly targeting me and whe I muted him, I still receive the sound when he writes something in the chat, which is annoying

Kara BrownCompletely agree that rude players ruin the game. It would be great to be able to either block and/or report that player.

Another option is being able to disable the chat function on your end so you don’t have to see what they are writing and they will also see that you’ve turned it off. -

Joel CreegerThere should definitely be some kind of chat feature where if certain words are used, the player is kicked out and their account is suspended automatically.
