Not able to trade with the bank

It happend to me in two diffrent games, that I was not able to trade with the bank, even though I had ports. it just showed the player trade option. There was enough resource in the bank to trade with and i see no other reasons why i was not able to trade with the bank.

I'm useing chrome Browser on Windows 10 Home desktop PC.

Are you sure you were offering the right resources? I know occasionally, I'll pick up a 2:1 port mid-game and forget I have it, then try to trade 3:1, and the bank won't accept the offer. Definitely screen print next time.
