Karma restrictions to play Leaderboard games

This has been discussed on the Discord a little already. Please restrict leaderboard games so that players with low karma can't play them. Nobody wants to play against bots when their opponents drop out of games.

Exact karma requirements can be debated. My suggestion would be minimum of 5 karma and at least 90% karma value. That way, players with karma of 5/5, 9/10, or 18/20 would all be able to play, but players with lower karma wouldn't.
