Vote to kick idle hosts function.

Would like to see a vote to kick idle host feature for afk hosts.
Host can decline it always as its just an afk check.
1 person votes - 30sec to 1min timer
2 votes - 20 sec
3 votes - 10sec
Would help clean up all the idle lobbies.
