Prediction markers

I have a suggestion that I would like, and it might be used for advanced gameplay. I would like the ability to place markings in settlement placement, so you could try to predict where you opponents will place, and the best position to place. DyLighted shows this in his videos with editing afterwards. This is also related to the red arrows on Chess.com, where people can plan more complex plays, and visually see the move pattern they want to do.

I agree, being able to right-click on the board during placements, or some similar feature would be very useful as trying to plan that far ahead can sometimes be difficult, and I'm not looking to use pen and paper for it.
