Face Up Devs

make the special devs (Monopoly, Year of Plenty, Road Building) face-up after being used, so as to make dev card counting easier and to more closely resemble the real-life gaming experience.

I further propose to make the face-up cards at the same line as the face-down dev cards, aligned to the right, with them growing to a bigger size when clicked for easier inspection. IMO this would be in the same spirit of the current design.
