Add 'Gold Rush' map into the Store

Really liked the map but this is not an purchase option in the store.

Suggesting again that the ports be moved further away from the three hex probable starting positions, as many ports are blocked by settlements being on opposite sides of a hex.

Gold rush has been the most fun map I’ve played with friends. It’s always interesting to see where the gold tile turns up and either plan your strategy around it or try and find other means.
