[C&K] Revise Times for Actions in Cities and Knights
The times in C&K have not been thoroughly analyzed or figured out to have a fair competitive game. One idea I have is that I think there should be a greater turn time jump every time a progress card as otherwise turns with multiple progress cards in one are way to easy to run out of time. Finally, as the game goes on or people get more VPs perhaps turn times should increase a bit because there are exponentially more things to keep track of (knights, cities, barbarians, progress cards, flip chats, etc.) that become important.
However, overall all of the times for cards, turns, etc. need to be looked at and set (JUAN stated "It would be really useful if you suggested specific times (in seconds) for each timer"). If anyone would like to suggest reworked times and can log those times here I think that would be super useful to the team

Suggestion: Wedding 10 seconds - > 30 seconds for players to discard cards.
Reasoning:
In Fast mode when someone plays wedding and takes 2 cards for everyone I believe they have only 10 seconds to decide which cards. If they look away from the screen only slightly or are not completely prepared this is way too little time to make a strategic decision like this. -
