Highlight a progress/development card in green when it may be played in Cities and Knights
It would be helpful to have an indicator of when a progress card may be played in Cities and Knights, maybe by highlighting the border in green. This way, a user will easily be able to tell if a card is useful to them or not. For example, the Medicine card can only be used when you have two ore and a wheat and a place to upgrade a settlement to a city. Another good example is the politics progress card Wedding, which can only be played when you have less victory points than at least one other player. This would help players get a feel for the game as they get more experience on how the game works. It would also provide a help in planning, as opposed to thinking you can play a card on your turn.

CruzBrun29I would like to add that players should be allowed to discard useless progress cards by using them with no benefit (i.e. Mining when you do not have any ore hexes). I became stuck with both mining cards and a master merchant (while in the lead) and was unable to collect any new progress cards as a result. I should be allowed to play the card with no resource benefit; just to be able to hold different, useful progress cards in my hand.
