Request a Game in the Lobby

Sometimes you want to play Seafarers or the Dark Forest but don't own the game.
What if you could make an open request in the Lobby for someone to start a certain game?
It would appear in the usual Lobby queue but the action button will say "Start This Game".
Whoever fulfills the request gets a reward or additional Karma.
