Karma decreases if you leave a game, but won’t increase, game after game

I checked my stats, I've completed most of my recent games, but my karma doesn't increase. Is there a reason for this?

I've completed close to fifty games and disconnected (unwillingly) from two. My karma has been permanently stuck at 18/20 for a while now.

same - i have been stuck at 16/20 even though my karma should be 18 or 19/20 but it wont go up...im getting kicked from games because of it
