Redo - for house rules

In a house rules version of the game we play where if you do something (e.g. take a shot of alcohol) you get to re position a road or a town into a position that is valid in your current layout. The feature would need an acceptance of all players. E.g. player 1 moved their road do you accept? This feature could also help new players not familiar with the interface.
