Remove Karma Popup message

Please remove the Karma popup message when someone leaves / rejoins a game. It is annoying and useless. Or give me a way to prevent it from happening for myself if anyone actually likes it.

Just put a Dot on the screen Red/Green for disabled/enabled. People have been asking for this since the Karma system became a thing.
