Player in last position should have their combined full amount of time to place both houses

When you are going last you are placing 2 houses down in a row. So of course you would want to place your first house knowing exactly where you are going to be placing your second house.

For example,
If everyone has 1 minute to choose a spot, the last player has 1 minute to choose a spot and another 1 minute to choose a second spot immediately after. But in reality they have to choose both spots in that 1st minute since the first spot depends on their second.

They should instead have their full 2 minutes to put down both of their houses together.

Alternatively, there could be an option to choose which one was chosen 'second' after both are placed (before the next person's turn to place.)

I am pretty sure that this will lead to:
A) People unaware of this, placing settlement at the last second and then bot immediately places the other one.
B) Other players want to have the same option because it is unfair otherwise. Especially the first player can argue that the others have far more time to analyze the board.

So no, I don’t think this should be implemented.
