Difficulty scrolling the >4 player list.

When there are more than 4 players in a game the player list can scroll to view the additional players. Unfortunately, the scrolling is blocked by mouse-over pop-up features(?), so it only really works if you scroll while mousing over the player names & icons on the left side of that info area.
Can this be fixed, or communicated that scrolling only works in that one section of the view?
