Viewing a profile doesn't work if username contains #

When viewing a profile of a user with a # in it, all characters are ignored after the #.
For example:
https://colonist.io/profile/Betty#1234 leads to the profile of https://colonist.io/profile/Betty

Suggestion: Maybe change the naming convention from #<text> to something else since # is treated as a page anchor on the profile url

Keep in mind that you need to log in using a Google account for your stats to be permanently saved!
