The error message that appers when one tries to use two devs in one turn is wrong

When one tries to use two devs in one turn the error message that appears says "it's not possible to use the dev card in the same turn you bought it" instead of "you have already used one dev card this turn"

Currently both messages are shown at the same time, in both scenarios. I think it would be better if they were separeted. A contributor dev might take care of this soon.
