Allow custom leagues lobby, with custom setup rules, lobby graphics, player stats, etc...

Not sure what is possible from the backend for moderators or super users of colonist.io, but for leagues, allow them to have their own custom lobby during tournaments or all the time. This would allow for us to see only games being played in the league or tournament easier. The custom lobby could also show who's online, customer league graphics, player stats and league points. When creating a game, there could be league defaults to choose from from a list of options. Even allow league moderators to create the games and send out all the links, so players don't have too. So much could be possible.
