Vote on Preferred Picking Position (e.g. 3rd, 2nd, 4th, 1st) to Reduce Luck/Add Skill

Aside from uneven dice rolls (which balanced dice mode addresses) the biggest source of luck in the game is sometimes the spot you get to pick from.

When I play Catan in person with my family, we first look at the board, then get to say if we want to place 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. If two people want the same pick then we do rock paper scissors. It would be cool if Colonist could implement a kind of ranked choice voting (e.g I want 3rd, 2nd, 4th, 1st), so players can pick from spots they are generally happy with.

It also adds a lot more strategy to the game, because if you can identify that one position is the weakest on a particular board, then you can put it last on your list.
